This is our desktop based software line, which includes the flag ship product WKO+. WKO+ provides the tools to perform deep down analysis of workout data that has been download by an electronic training device (Heart Rate Monitor, Power Meter, GPS, etc.). WKO+ has a very handy feature in it for uploading workout data to a TrainingPeaks online account, which not only allows a coach (if you are working with one) to see it, but also allows you to personally record and monitor your planned versus actual data. Note that WKO+ is no longer just for cyclists, as there are new features in the latest version that have greatly expanded the ability to track running and multi-sport disciplines (http://www.cyclingpeakssoftware.com/wko/whatsnew20.asp). Account Functionality
Below is a comprehensive explanation of the features and tools in your account.
TrainingPeaks is compatible with the new Microsoft HealthVault
To link your TrainingPeaks account to HealthVault, login, then under Preferences you will find a link "Microsoft HealthVault". This will walk you through the steps of linking your TP/FP account to the HV.
Once it is linked, a "Sync" icon will appear in the upper right corner while logged in to TP/FP. Clicking this link will perform the data sync to the HealthVault.
Only logged "summary" data is synced to the HV. Time-series data files from devices are not sent to HV. However, TP/FP can read data files out of the HV and save them in your TP/FP account.
