Create a New Workout

Creation of a new workout not included in the calendar.

You can create a new workout by simply downloading into WKO+ and the program will create the ride file for you. This can be done from either the Calendar or Athlete Home Page.

- You can choose  File/New.   You can use this option to create a new ride if you have more than one workout per day to download.  
- You can simply right click on the day in your calendar view and choose  Create a New Workout for Day. 
- Finally you can click on the “Blank White page” icon on the toolbar.
