Export Your Workouts

Do you need to send your file to your coach/trainer/or other hired professional? Export Data function gives you several options.

1) Ensure you have the workout open that you wish to export

2) Go to File>>Export Copy As...

3) Select which file type you wish to save your copy as

4) Name your file

5) Place the file in the appropriate folder

If your coach/trainer/or other hired professional manages you through the TrainingPeaks Professional Edition online software, than you can simply use the How to Upload WKO+ files to your TrainingPeaks Online Account function in WKO+.
