How to Add Individual Planned Workouts

  • Open the Training drop-down menu and select Workout Calendar
  • Click Add Workout on a given day
  • Once the popup window appears, you can select the desired intensity metric (ie, Heart Rate, Power, or Pace), and the Sport Type.
  • Once you have selected the workout and have entered the duration you would like to plan it for, click Add Workout or Add Workout And Edit.
