How to Set Your Nutrition Preferences

If you plan on tracking your nutritional information through the Nutrition portion of your account, we recommend that you go to the "Settings" drop-down menu and select "Nutrition", then establish your Nutrition Preferences by following the instructions found at Nutrition Preferences. Please note that these settings effect kCal (calorie) expenditures for workouts (for all workouts that do not have power meter file uploaded for them; uploaded power meter data allows for kCals to be calculated by the kilojoule value), meal time preferences, Daily Planned Caloric Intake, and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).
