How to set Your Power Zones

Setting your Training Zones
Login to your account, open the Settings drop-down menu, then click on Zones.
- Power Zones
- Your power intensity zones for cycling can be automatically computed by entering your lactate threshold wattage in the calculation box and then hitting the "Compute" button.
- Manually Entering Your Power Zones
- Please note that you may enter what ever value you want for each zone, but it must match the format used by our system, as shown here:
- Critical Power values for cycling are listed at the bottom of the HR and Power Zones page in your account, and are based on the power meter data files that you have uploaded into your account. These durations include CP .2 (12 seconds), CP1, CP6, CP12, CP30, CP60, CP90 and CP180.
Note- Be sure to hit the "Save" button before moving on to another page if you wish to save your zones.
