Install Flash

After your file is uploaded, TrainingPeaks will take you to the File Viewer where you will see an interactive graph of your data. If the file contains GPS data, you will also see a map. Please note that your computer needs to have Adobe Flash, a free program, installed in your web browser to see the File Viewer; this program normally automatically installs when our system detects that you do not have it, when you enter a section of your TrainingPeaks account that needs Adobe Flash. However, sometimes this "auto download" does not work, in which case you will need to simply follow these steps for an easy fix:

Close your web browser, then go to Adobe's site directly:

Install it there, then return to TrainingPeaks and everything should work for you.
