WKO+

This is our desktop based software line, which includes the flag ship product WKO+ (WKO+ is a separate product than TrainingPeaks online accounts). WKO+ provides the tools to perform deep down analysis of workout data that has been download by an electronic training device (Heart Rate Monitor, Power Meter, GPS, etc.). WKO+ has a very handy feature in it for uploading workout data to a TrainingPeaks online account, which not only allows a coach (if you are working with one) to see it, but also allows you to personally record and monitor your planned versus actual data. Note that WKO+ is no longer just for cyclists, as there are new features in the latest version that have greatly expanded the ability to track running and multi-sport disciplines (http://www.cyclingpeakssoftware.com/wko/whatsnew20.asp).
