The Message Boards are your secret weapon to a successful training program. Training and racing are not pure science. There is also an art to creating training programs and experience does bring special insight.

The Message Boards were created to aid you in your quest and bring you a step closer to expert advice, whether that be from a coach or a fellow TrainingPeaks.com athlete. Feel free to take part in this forum or just read the messages to gain more knowledge.

You can post new messages, reply to messages, or simply read and search old postings as your own research tool.

You can communicate with another TrainingPeaks user off the Message Boards with the Private Messages system.

How to customize a search in the Message Boards

The message boards are built on a version of MegaBBS, with several customizations.. unfortunately, one of the weaker points of this board is its search functionality, admittedly not that great, especially when everyone is used to Google's capability.

On that note, we highly suggest simply using Google to do the searching. Just go to Google.com, click Advanced Search and enter: www.trainingpeaks.com/bbs-forum into the "Domain" text box so that it restricts results from the message boards only.
