Weekly Training Summary

The Weekly Summary page is a quick reference page for you to view upcoming workouts and also completed workout data.

This page is divided into the following segments to help you track your fitness-

Time and Distance Metrics- The week's metrics lists Planned Time (Hours from ATP), Actual Time, Swim Distance, Bike Distance, and Run Distance. This data is tracked over the following time spans
  • This Week- This column is total accumulation for the given week.
  • This Month- This column is total accumulation for the given month.
  • Year To Date- This column lets you compare how how many hours have been planned for the year to date and how many you have actually completed. This column includes: Hours from ATP, Actual Hours, Swim Distance, Bike Distance, Run Distance.
  • Customized ATP Date Range- This date range is set by you on the ATP by click ing on the "Set ATP Date Range" button. This column lets you compare what you have planned for your custom ATP date range to what you have actually completed. This column includes: Hours from ATP, Actual Hours, Swim Distance, Bike Distance, Run Distance.
Workout Data for Monday thru Sunday-
  • The days of the week are listed below the top columns and workout data is listed for each day. There is a possibility of up to four workouts per day. Data listed icludes: Warning Sign Ratings (Sleep, Fatigue, Stress, Soreness, Pulse, Body Weight), Workout Description (Type, Code, Duration, Description), Athlete Comments Box, Swim/Bike/Run distance tables and energy tables, Time by Heart Rate Intensity Zone
